  Abstract:  Le leadership dans les organisations et la foi chrétienne. Cet article examine les elements communs qu’on trouve entre le leadership organisationnel d’aujourd’hui et la foi chretienne. Les caracteristiques principales sont les suivantes: une vision partagée, des valeurs communes, la culture organisationnelle, le leadership serviteur, la prise des decisions, l’empowerment, les rapports interpersonnels et la communication. Finalement, le Christ est presenté comme un vrai leader efficace.
