Abstrakt. Förderung mit Cochlear-Implantat in der Praxis. Eine unadingbare Forderung des hörgerichteten Spracherwerbs ist die optimale apparative Versorgung des hörgeschädigten Kindes. Wie Veröffentlichungen und Praxiserfahrungen – besonders in den vergangenen sechs Jahren – gezeigt haben, ist bei Kindern, die trotz hörgerichteter Erziehung die Lautsprache mit Hilfe von Hörgeräten nicht in befriedigendem Maße erlernen konnten, das CI ist bessere Alternative.
