	Abstract: Dieses Studium zeichnet die hauptsächlice Eigenschaften der Defizite und der Verhaltensstörungen der geistig verspäteten Personen aus; es betont die soziale Funktion und ihre Optimierungsmöglichkeiten. Gleichzeitig, weist es einige Anhaltspunkte betreffs der Ausarbeitung eines Verbesserungsprogramms der soziale Defizite der geistig verspäteten Kindern an. Das Verbesserungsprogramm gründet sich auf die Theorie der emotionale Intelligenz.
