REAL AND IDEAL IN HUSSERL’S PHENOMENOLOGY / LE REEL ET LIDEALITE DANS LA PHENOMENOLOGIE HUSSERLIENNE. Authors: SORIN MARICA. |
||||||
Abstract: Husserlian phenomenology revealed the importance of ideal strata in the subjective intentional constitution of the real objects. But is the ideality, as it is described by Husserl, sufficient for a complete answer to the question “what means real?”. Does not it reduce the effectiveness of reality to the mere meaning anticipations, i. e. to idealisations of consciousness? Throughout an analysis of intentionality as a way to overcome the interior – exterior distinction, prolonged into a discussion of the “categorical intuition” as an innovative philosophical tool which provide us an authentic phenomenological description of what is real, the paper puts into relief the fact that the phenomenological descriptions are following an index of reality, which is already incorporated in meaningful logical structure. In a paradoxical way, the ideality seems thus to be the solution for the philosophical problem of reality, without being however totally exempt of difficulties. | |||||||
