  Abstract:  Dans le dernier temps on a octroyé une attention considérable à deux textes que Berkeley n’avait pas l’intention de publier, i.e., les Notes Philosophiques1 (NP : 1706-1708) et l’Introduction Manuscrite2 (IM : 1708). Les premières sont un recueil de réflexions que le jeune philosophe aurait noté au jour le jour. Les signes marginaux qui les accompagnent manifestent l’intention de l’auteur de les utiliser dans la rédaction de ses premiers ouvrages destinés à la publication: l’Essai pour une nouvelle théorie de la vision (NTV : 1709) et l’Introduction (IP - Introduction publiée : 1710) au Traité des Principes de la connaissance humaine (PCH : 1710, première édition).
