The French ‘Futur Antérieur’ and the Italian ‘Futuro Anteriore’: A Comparative Analysis Based on a Press Corpus. This article aims at studying the enunciative conditions of the semantic values of the French futur antérieur and the Italian futuro anteriore. We will refer in particular to Kerbrat-Orecchioni (1980 ; 1990), namely the distinction between co- and contextual criteria influencing interaction, in order to classify semantic values of the anterior future. The empirical section will focus on the analysis of a corpus of 1050498 tokens taken from the economy section of Le Figaro and Corriere della sera.
