  Abstract:  Semnificaţia naşterii în nuvela lui Hemingway Tabăra de indieni. Semnificaţia naşterii în binecunoscuta nuvelă a lui Hemingway Tabăra de indieni este analizată prin perspectiva psihanalitică a lui Otto Rank. Ambiguitatea paternităţii contrastează cu certitudinea concretă a durerilor facerii pe care le suportă femeia. Iniţierea lui Nick Adams în moarte şi naştere poartă amprenta optimismului tineresc specific american.
