  Abstract:  Les structures coordonnées du type verb + verb (rom. se ia şi se duce, pg. pega e se vai embora) du roumain et du portugais et d’autres langues romanes ne sont pas des périphrases verbales, mais des constructions libres, où chacun des deux verbes, actualisé à un mode predicatif, fonctionne en tant que prédicat. L’autonomie du premier verb (qui n’est pas un semiauxiliaire) par rapport au deuxième est prouvée par des aspects de nature sémantique, morfologique et syntactique. Du point de vue sémantique-pragmatique, ce verbe a, d’un contexte à l’autre, deux valeurs fondamentales, une valeur délibérative et une valeur nondélibérative, et, en même temps, projètent dans le discours l’atitude évaluative du locuteur.
