  Abstract:  The conflict between groups represents one of the most complex conflicts which are met in an organisation. This type of conflict has a series of specific causes and effects. Conflict resolution may be reached at by presenting arguments, by making arrangements and contracts, according to managers’ ability. The managers’ role is extremely important in resolving the conflicts and also in preventing them when they are in an incipient stage
