  Abstract:  The paper treats the importance of using the management and marketing in the modern enterprise. Because of big fluctuations in the economical environment, marketing management has became from a luxury a necesity. Marketing is an activity that brings advantages for the firm not only in the externel environment, but in the intern one too. Managements helps not only to realizing the production goals, but also to realizing the internal harmony. In the paper there are presented the main marketing and management concepts used by the modern company.
