  Abstract:  The work is treating the importance of the quality of the telecomunication services and the necessity of the introduction of the quality management system, the only guarantee for the existence of the organisation and implicitly the keeping of the jobs for the employees. Structured on three chapters, the work is tackling gradually, the situation from the telecomunication services domain, on the world plane in the context of the globalisation, treating the further on the concepts and the importance of the services quality, the necessity of the implementation of the quality management system and finally the measures and the concrete solutions in case of S.N.Tc. Romtelecom S.A. The work has address to any company of services which is confrounting the necessity to rethink its targets and to restructurate itself.
