  Abstract:  Let π be a set of primes. The paper studies some specialhomomorphs of finite π-solvable groups, proving that some of them areSchunck classes. These homomorphs are used to give conditions on anarbitrary homomorph X, such that any Hall π-subgroup of a finite π-solvable group G to be an X-projector of G. Particularly, for π the set ofall primes, one obtain the converse of a result given by W. Gaschutz in [8].
