Soixante-dix ans nous séparent maintenant de la naissance du professeur Ilie Iovănaş, titulaire du cours de droit administratif à Cluj-Napoca pendant plus de vingt ans. Cette même année 2008 est aussi marquée par les cinq ans qui se sont écoulés de sa prémature disparition.
