  Abstract:  Le changement des réalités sociales après l’écroulement en 1991 de l’URSS a réclamé l’élaboration d’un nouvel cadre législatif pour la Moldavie indépendante. Un effort immense a été déposé et des nombreux actes normatifs ont été publiés. Malheureusement, le manque d’expérience de la part du législateur a eu comme résultat des lois parfois peu qualitatives. Il existe dans les codes civil et de la famille des lacunes douées au non respect de la Loi sur la technique législative, no. 780-XV, de 27.12.2001. Notre intention est de les identifier de les analyser.
