  Abstract:  Cele două volume, editate în condiţii grafice excepţionale, dedicate primul celor 12 Table şi cel de-al doilea Statutelor Municipale, constituie culegeri de studii al profesorului denumit „Collegio do diritto romano”, organizat de „Centrul de studii şi cercetări asupra Drepturilor Antice” (CEDANT - „Centro di studi e ricerche sui Diritti Antichi”) şi care aparţine Institutului Universitar de Studii Superioare din Pavia.
