  Abstract:  Le brevet d’invention appartient à la catégorie des droits de propriété industrielle et commerciale comprenant l’ensemble des moyens juridiques permettant de protéger des activités marquées du sceau de la nouveauté contre l’utilisation des tiers non autorisés.
