  Abstract:  Certains atouts de l’arbitrage peuvent acquérir des caractères positifs particuliers quand il s’agit des litiges qui posent des problémes liés au droit de la concurrence. Tout de même, les coordonnées juridiques de la rencontre du monde de l’arbitrage international et celui du droit communautaire restent difficiles à préciser. Notre analyse propose quelques solutions dans ce domaine sur la base des concepts du droit international privé, des dispositions du Règlement (CE) nr. 1/2003, des textes adoptés en droit communautaire de la concurrence dans le cadre du « paquet modernisation » et de la jurisprudence de la Cour de justice des Communautés européennes.
