  Abstract:  Jusqu’au 1er décembre 2002, l’État roumain a été condamné par la Cour européenne des Droits de l’Homme dans 26 affaires. Les droits conventionnels dont la juridiction européenne a statué l’existence d’une violation sont ceux consacrés par: l’art. 6 (“Droit à un procès équitable”), l’art. 8 (“Droit au respect de la vie privée et familiale”), l’art. 10 (“Liberté d’expression”) et l’art. 13 (“Droit à un recours effectif”) de la Convention européenne des droits de l’homme, l’art. 1er (“Protection de la propriété”) du Protocole no 1 à la Convention, ainsi que l’ancien art. 25 [Requête individuelle] de la Convention dans sa forme antérieure au Protocole no 11. À titre de satisfaction équitable, la valeur totale des indemnisations à la charge de la Roumanie s’élève au 2.379.184,48 euros.
