  Abstract:  Prin decizia nr. 2131 din 16 mai 2000, Curtea Supremă de Justiţie a admis recursul declarat de Parchetul de pe lângă Curtea de Apel Bucureşti împotriva deciziei penale nr. 535 din 17 noiembrie 1999 a Curţii de Apel Bucureşti, s. I pen., privind pe inculpatul P.M-V., a casat decizia atacată şi sentinţa penală nr. 22 din 29 martie 1999 a Tribunalului Giurgiu cu privire la dispoziţiile de achitare a inculpatului şi, în baza art. 221 din C. pen. l-a condamnat pe inculpat la 1 an închisoare, în baza art. 81 C. pen. a dispus suspendarea condiţionată a executării pedepsei, a făcut aplicarea art. 359 C. pr. pen, şi, în baza art. 1 lit. a L. 137/1997 privind graţierea unor pedepse, a constatat graţiată pedeapsa în condiţiile art. 10 din aceeaşi lege.
