  Abstract:  La propriété apparente. Cette étude veut rechercher le régime juridique de la propriété apparente dans le but de l’application judicieuse de cette institution par les juridictions. Après une présentation rétrospective de l’évolution de la propriété apparente en droit roumain, l’auteur analyse les connexions entre le principe de la protection de la bonne foi et le principe de la validation de l’apparence en droit et arrive à la conclusion que seulement le dernier principe peut justifier l’acqusition du droit de propriété par un tiers qui obtient le bien d’un non propriétaire.
