  Abstract:  Semnalăm apariţia Buletinului Jurisprudenţei, care conţine o culegere de practică judiciară pe anul 2000 a Curţii de Apel Cluj, în două volume, în excelente condiţii grafice, fiind cartonată. Volumul I cuprinde decizii referitoare la dreptul civil şi dreptul procesual civil, iar volumul II cuprinde decizii referitoare la dreptul familiei, dreptul muncii, dreptul administrativ, dreptul comercial, dreptul penal şi dreptul procesual penal; ambele volume au indici de materii, indici grupaţi pe fiecare materie în parte.
