  Abstract:  Sur le moyen unique, pris en ses deux branches, du pourvoi incident, qui est préalable : Attendu que Mme X..., alors âgée de 30 ans, a donné naissance, le 25 avril 1997, à un enfant atteint d’une trisomie 21 ; que les époux X... ont engagé une action en réparation de leurs préjudices moral et matériel contre Mme Y..., médecin gynécologue, chargée par Mme X... de la surveillance de sa grossesse, à laquelle ils reprochaient de ne pas avoir prescrit l’amniocentèse que la patiente lui demandait ;
