  Abstract:  Judecătoria Zalău, prin sentinţa penală nr. 678 din 9 septembrie 1998, a condamnat pe inculpatul FI pentru comiterea a patru infracţiuni de înşelăciune prevăzute de art. 215 alin. 1 şi 2 C. pen., făcând aplicarea art. 13 C. pen. şi a art. 33 şi 34 C. pen., instanţa contopeşte pedepsele cu închisoarea în cea mai gravă, de 1 an şi 6 luni, şi obligă pe inculpat, în baza art. 14 C. proc. pen. raportat la art. 998 C. civ., la recuperarea prejudiciului cauzat părţilor civile prin activitatea infracţională.
