  Abstract:  Discussions concernant la possession en tant que modalité d’acquisition de la propriété mobilière. L’article représente une nouvelle approche en ce qui concerne la possession comme un moyen d’acquérir la propriété mobilière. Est-ce que les meubles peuvent être usucapés dans un délai de trente ans?
