  Abstract:  During the Second World War, when Romania was faced with a series of events and difficult situations, Romanian intellectuals have managed to bring their contribution to satisfying their spiritual needs through a number of valuable works, thus also contributing to the establishment of an ideology of resistance. Romanian intellectual resistance was varied, with an important role being played by culture personalities – culture had became a dynamic force embodying national and social realities.
