Article:   REVIEWS: GENOCIDE: AN ONGOING DEBATE IN THE WORKS OF ADAM JONES AND NORMAN M. NAIMARK.

Abstract:  From the beginning it must be said that the goal of this review is not to reshape the way “genocide” is defined or interpreted. My objective is to analyze the theories expressed in two landmark works (Genocide: A Comprehensive Introduction & Stalin’s Genocides), by two respected scholars in the field of Genocide Studies. My intervention will focus on their interpretation of the term “genocide” and what this implies by referring it to the “Soviet crimes” debate.
