  Abstract:  This paper deals with the problem of Communist Party structures in the county of Cluj in the year of 1945, its evolution, structural dynamics and inquires of its members. Based primarily on archive documents, is treating subjects related to organizational work, member recruiting strategies, political education on worker’s and rural population’s level, expectations of simple Party members on social and economical sphere and they way how Party officials tried to manage the members demands.
