Istoricul de artă Maria Zintz a publicat o lucrare deosebită despre artiștii orădeni dintre anii 1950-2000. Apariția cărții a fost cu atât mai necesară, cu cât în anul 2000 a publicat lucrarea „Artiști plastici la Oradea între 1850-1950”. Se împlinește prin această apariție un crez și o datorie deontologică a istoricului de artă față de spiritul cetății, față de prezent și față de posteritate.
