  Article:   TODAY’S TENDENCIES IN THE TOURISTIC INFRASTRUCTURE OF ACCOMMODATION FROM CLUJ COUNTY.

  Abstract:  Today’s Tendencies in the Touristic Infrastructure of Accommodation from Cluj County. The accommodation basis is the decisive component which determines the capitalization of the touristic potential. On one hand, this is adapted to the primary touristic offer (the touristic potential), varied in a large measure in Cluj County, but also to the new exigencies of the autochthonous and international touristic market. As a result, some concrete realities are to be noticed: diversification of the accommodation categories; the accent is put upon the hotel units, with an increased degree of comfort (three and four stars); concentration of the accommodation basis in Cluj-Napoca municipality; proliferation of two new categories of accommodation in the mountainous space of Apuseni, namely, the rural lodging and the secondary residences (the holiday’s houses).
