Abstract:  Salt lakes of Cojocna (Plain of Transylvania). Morphological and morphometrical evolution of the basins. Salt lakes of Cojocna are placed on a peripherical Badenian salty structure in the Eastern part of Transylvanian Basin (on the alighment of Dej-Turda-Ocna Mureş localities). Their origin is anthropic (the collapse of sedimentary materials which were covering the salty mines) and natural (the dissolvement of salt). The basins are characterized by a very active dynamic: the increased filling, the mobility of immerse and submerse thresholds between the old mines, the general reduction of the slope, the mergering of many pits, the rapidity of the dissolvement process at the contact between water and salt etc.
