Abstract:  Morphological and Tectonical Interferences in Central Metaliferi Mountains. From structural point of view the Metalifer Mountais belong to a geosinclinal unit, a geosinclinal unit called in the specific literature as a geosinclinal of the Mure; River. The dorsals of this geosinclinal in the cordilieric shape is formed by ofilists, which penetrate insulary in the region studied by us. On both sideds of this dorsal, during the evolution of the geosinclinal had acumulated meyoyoic formations, conglomerates, limestone and other forms of facieses. Patches of these transgressive and discordant formations that come over the initial ofilites are well preserved in the studied area, and with their presence it can explaine the differences in the morfology of the landscape. Following the late alpine ripples at the eastren limits of this geosinclinal, it suffered this most pwerfull tectonic fragmentation, existing in the present two series of dislocations: NW-SE and E-W. To these manifestation are linked the volcanic eruptions in multiple phases and cicles materialised in shape of neovulcanic strructures that are grouped in mountains chaines.
