||||||
Abstract: Cartographyc Projection Used for Romanian Territory. The first attempts for drawing up maps on scientific bases begam in 1873. Until then, different old maps without any geometrical basis were used. In Romania, the first triangulation was realised by Austrians between 1855 and 1857 and by Russians between 1846 and 1851, who draw up the map of Basarabia using polyhedronic projection system. Since 1873, for Romania territory more than seven projection systems were used. | |||||||
