Abstract:  The influence of supplementing creatine phosphate on the physical effort capacity and its implication in the oxidative stress. Creatine is an organic nitric acid which is naturally synthetized in the organism of vertebrates. The avarage blood values are 0,2-0,6 mg/100 ml.Creatine is present in the organism as creatine phosphate (PC). The numerous studies made with the purpose of proving the effects of creatine on the capacity of physical effort have gained contradictory results.
