	Abstract: Romania lies among in Europe regarding TB incidence. Precarious social status, inadequate social services and lack of social workers and psychologists in hospitals are some of the problems that influence TB incidence. In order to solve this TB problem we must take into consideration the psychology aspect as well as the social aspect of the disease because TB is affecting the whole personality. Keywords: tuberculosis, psychology, social worker.
