  Rezumat:  A Models of the Geographical axis Jibou-Zalău-Şimleu Silvaniei-Marghita Status. The problem of establishing a model within the branch of geography must be presented systematically. We must also mention the fact that for the current stage of geographical study it is absolutely necessary to appeal to models. What is yet more important is not linked to models but to establishing models, to that repeated renewal of the models by re-establishing them, especially since the current geographic reality is exposed to a continuens metamorphosis. The material, energetic and informational charge of a model depends on the nature of the analysis subject. In the case of territorial systems, such as geographic axis, models or shaping, they depend on order, chance, and the complexity of the real, etc. On the whole, it is not necessary for the model to comprise such a detailed description of the field realities. The complexity of the models should be increased towards the analysis of the environments and the contigual ones, particulary towards blending them. In the case of a model of a geographic axis type, it is necessary that its components and variables to be analised from the point of wiev of their inter-dependence, both in a dynamic and passive mode.
