Rezumat: The Role of the Diapiric and the Volcanic Tuffs upon the Slopes Dynamics. Models in the Transylvanian Bassin. The geomorphology of the Transylvanian Bassin (why functions as a geographical convergence area) is langely the product of the effects of the salt neotectonics and of the Neogene lithologys. The main feature of the neotectonics was mediapirism which resulted in the formation of diapiric folds, brachianticlines and domes. It gives the general charactericstics of the depressions morphodinamics due to the high plasticity of the salt. The Neogene litology was highlighted by the friability of the Badenian, Sarmatian and Pliocen – Cuaternary deposits constitued of marls, different types of clays and sands, sandstones, microclonglomerates and volcanic tuffs. As a result of this specific conditions, the geomorphological transylvanian landscapes are determined by the convergence of the diapirism effects whith the physico – chemical properties of the Neogene deposits. These landscapes are: the bad-lands and the profond tardiglaciar landslides landscapes, respectively the glimee landscape | |||||||
